Norwegian Escape on-demand information via iConcierge app update

Norwegian Escape on-demand information

Norwegian Cruise Line recently updated its Norwegian iConcierge app with added functionality, and was only for those people traveling on or after September 19, 2015. This app will be a huge deal very soon because if you are booked on the new Escape cruise ship, then you might want to download this app in preparation.

With this iConcierge app installed on your Android or iOS device you will be able to view on-demand information of Norwegian Escape. You will gain access to this app the moment you input your cruise number, where a countdown will begin.

However, you will not gain access to all of the features until you are onboard and connect to the ships WiFi. There is no charge to access the WiFi for use with this app, which is great news.

There are so many great features to this app, such as giving you the ability to book Shore Excursions if you have not done so already, check out the latest restaurant information, such as menus, and to also book a table at a specialty restaurant. You can review your account bill, search through the daily activities and so much more.

We have head a few reviews come in that say the app does not work as well as it should, and that Norwegian Cruise Line needs to issue another update to rectify the issue, although this could only be isolated to just a few users.
