P&O Cruises is to air a new Britannia ad with the talents of Rob Brydon this Sunday, although we do not know whether the commercial will be on a specific TV channel, or multiple ones.
The new Britannia TV ad can already been seen on the cruise lines official Facebook page or YouTube channel. The video does come with one question though, and that is, “how would you fare in The Cookery Club“?
We are a huge fan of Rob Brydon, and so we do hope that a future P&O Cruises commercial will also feature his friend Steve Coogan, and give it the same kind of feel as their TV show. The two have a wonderful chemistry, and so bringing that across on an ad for P&O Cruises would be a great idea – well that’s what we think anyway.
We do find it strange when you visit the Facebook post for this ad that there are a few negative comments targeted towards Britannia, even though this people have not even had the pleasure to cruise on her. Don’t be put off just by a few negative comments, she is a wonderful ship, and while it lacks the fun factor as some of the Royal Caribbean or Carnival cruise ships, Britannia is just different, yet still has a lot to offer those who sail on her.
