There always seems to be a demographic left out when it comes to going on a cruise, and that is for those that fall into the 18 to 20-year-old category. It’s very easy to understand why this is, because they are no longer classed as children, yet cannot be treated as full adults because you need to be 21 to partake is certain activates, such as drinking and gambling.
It is down to Carnival Cruise Line to launch the new program called #LIV1820, which you can also see has a social theme to try and cater more for 18 to 20-year-old passengers.
As part of this program there will now be an area of all ships in the Carnival fleet for people of those ages mentioned above to mingle with others of the same age. It will be a chance for them to gather and listen to music, watch movies or just to have a general chat.
Every passenger in that age group on a Carnival cruise will receive an invitation to the VIP event. If the company is able to get this age group on side, then we are sure more will be added to this program as time goes on.
