Those of you looking forward to dining on Harmony of the Seas to try out the new Dynamic Dining concept, then we have some bad news, as there is a setback. Royal Caribbean has said that this concept will not be rolled out to non Quantum-class ships after all, which is a complete reversal of what the cruise line said earlier this year.
What we find so strange is how Royal Caribbean’s President & CEO Michael Bayley said that Dynamic Dining is the future and will be expanded across the fleet in time.
People booked to sail on Harmony of the Seas was looking forward to testing out the revolutionary Dynamic Dining concept, as it was to offer them more flexible dining options, as there were to be no set meal times, no formal nights and no assigned seating. It’s these things that have put certain people off going on a cruise, and so making them less formal was seen as a way to increase passenger numbers.
The Dynamic Dining was also due to be rolled out on Oasis and Allure of the Seas as well, and for those that have already booked and selected this option on a future cruise, they will now have to choose a different option, details of which can be found on the Royal Caribbean Blog.
