Seven Seas Explorer is a small intimate ship that will debut in July 2016, and will carry a maximum of 750 passengers. Regent Seven Seas Cruises has already shared details on two of its specialty restaurants, and has now released details on a third, Pacific Rim.
The third specialty restaurant, Pacific Rim has a Pan-Asian theme that will be inspired by diverse Asian cultures. This new venue is said to offer guests the wow factor thanks to its architectural design from RTKL.
We are told the design of its interior will look like a Tibetan prayer wheel, while the colours will be neutral to go in perfect unison with dark woods and metals.
As for the Seven Seas Explorer Pacific Rim menu, this will also reflect the Pan-Asian theme with cold starters like tempura-encrusted soft shell crab. As for main courses, you can expect dishes such as Korean barbecue lamb chops, and to finish it off banana and green tea cake with coconut ice cream.
The Regent Seven Seas Cruises website has yet to update its details on this specialty, although they should do very soon.
