The summer is almost upon us, and that means things are starting to hot up in the Mediterranean. Oceana will be calling this region home for the next few months, and if you have a P&O cruise that takes in Genoa and Venice, then there are several city stays to consider.
If you have a P&O Fly Cruise booked, then you could choose to stay before or after your cruise, as a way to make the trip a truly memorable one.
These hotels are not cheap though, as the Hotel Bauer in Venice is from £260 per night bed and breakfast per person, and Crowne Plaza £170.
As for Genoa, this is much cheaper at £90 per person per night at the Best Western City, and £50 for any additional nights. Or, £110 per night bed and breakfast at the Meliá Genova.
I’m actually booked on one of these 7-night cruises, although because I also have another holiday booked for the South of France, I will pass on an extra nights stay before or after the cruise. For more details head to P&O.
