We know that the Harmony of the Seas will not be ready for her inaugural cruise until May of 2016, although this has not stopped Royal Caribbean in offering us an update. We are told that the very first Harmony of the Seas reviews will be from UK agents, and not those from other countries such as the US.
This is great news, as it is an honor to be one of the first to offer a first-hand perspective of the third Oasis-class ship. However, we should not be surprised seeing as though this ship will sail from the UK to Barcelona on its shakedown.
Royal Caribbean has yet to offer any official dates, and so May 2015 is only a rough estimate. Not much is known at this time, such as the main Harmony of the Seas features, entertainment, restaurants etc.
However, we can tell you that she is now 80 percent complete in terms of her metal sheeting, and that she should be ready to be floated next month. We also know that in order for Royal Caribbean to become more family friendly like Carnival Cruise Line ships, Harmony is to come with waterslides to keep children and kids amused.
