Super Bowl 2015 streamed live on these cruise ships

NFL fans around the world are looking forward to Sunday’s big game, but spare a thought for those that cannot watch the Super Bowl XLIX in the comfort of their own home. However, do not feel sorry for those that are on a cruise, as there are pliantly of ways for them to watch live coverage, while also having a great time on their holiday.

The 2015 Super Bowl will be streamed live on a number of ships from a range of cruise companies. Just think, you could be in a remote place in the world at sea, yet still be able to watch the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks and find out the final result.

Most cruise ships have dedicated areas to screen such events, although not all of them have sports theme bars. None of that matters, as fans of American Football will still have other ways to watch the game, and so we have more details on your options below, thanks to USA Today.

You will be able to watch a live stream of the Super Bowl 2015 at several locations on Carnival Cruise Line ships, such as dedicated sports bars, and on poolside LED screens. This means you will be able to enjoy a drink or snacks while hoping your team wins on Sunday.

Princess Cruises will mark this special event by throwing parties called Tailgate at Sea, and so passengers will get to enjoy some great food, such as burgers, chips, hot wings, pizza and more. You will be able to watch live coverage on the large outdoor screens, and then join in some half-time fun where you could also win prizes. What makes this occasion so special is how Princess Cruises sponsors the Seattle Seahawks.
