It will not be too long before the 24-day Freedom of the Seas refurbishment is completed and with it comes a host of changes aimed at making the ship even better. Plans have also been released of the deck plans, which shows what changes have been made to certain decks.
Believe it or not, some work had already been started before entering dry dock, such as carpeting certain areas. Not only will these areas of Royal Caribbean’s ship be cleaned but also add a host of new facilities and include more options for passengers.
Now that the Freedom of the Seas refit is almost at an end the Royal Caribbean Blog has come across some of the deck plans to highlight the changes guests can look forward to.
Changes have not been made to all decks, but they have on deck 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12. You can see all that is new from our source above, although we do fear that the increase in cabins could mean more people will be vying for space in key areas of the ship.
