2015 is shaping up to be a superb year for the cruise industry because like this year, several new ships will be introduced. We already know that Anthem of the Seas will based in Southampton from next year, with bookings ready to start next month. Then there is the exciting news that Allure of the Seas will be based in Barcelona for the summer months in 2015.
However, there is one cruise ship that is still maintaining a low profile, and that is P&O Britannia. Having already discussed the eagerness of these bookings going live, P&O has yet to offer up any details.
P&O Britannia booking expected in March – While we have yet to hear anything official, one would presume that March would be the month when bookings for P&O’s new ship will go live, as this is usually the month when they offer cruises for the following year, just as Royal Caribbean will do with Anthem of the Seas.
We can be certain of one thing though; public interest in the ship will be huge seeing as though this is P&O’s first new ship in almost four years. Not only that; she is also a huge ship and is equal in size to many of Royal Caribbean’s ships, although not the Anthem of the Seas.
If we are correct and bookings for the P&O Britannia start next month, will you be booking your cruise for 2015 the moment they go live, or would you rather take your time and hope for a deal?
