The new Royal Caribbean International 2014 – 2015 Worldwide brochure is now available and we have to say the mass of itineraries are looking even better. The reason for this is because RCI has refurbished some of their fleet to meet consumer expectations, but it’s the introduction of Quantum of the Seas that will help to boost the fleet even more, not that it needed it.
There are now eight ships for the European fleet, with the large Oasis of the Seas set to start its European micro-season, which will no doubt lead to pleas of RCI customers wanting even more. And as a way to help promote the new 2014-2015 itineraries, RCI is offering agents the opportunity to visit some of the ports of call, which is an incentive to get them to try and get their customers to book early.
How they will get the chance to do this is simple, they just need to create and confirm cruise bookings for 2013 or 2014 and they will be in with a chance to win one of nine weekend breaks – what a great way to give agents an incentive. However, we do fear that this could lead to hard selling, for those consumers who cannot make their mind up if the cruise is for them or not.
If that was not enough, Royal Caribbean is offering some amazing deals on cruises for 2013 and 2014, where you can get a free room upgrade.
