From the moment we knew about the Royal Princess, to the moment she sailed into Southampton on Friday, we have to wonder where that time has gone, because it doesn’t seem like much time has passed. It’s nice to see her finally completed, but the special day will come during her naming ceremony, performed by The Duchess of Cambridge.
This is the first Princess Crusies ship since 2008, and what a ship she is, as she has a gross tonnage of 141,000 tons and can hold up to 3,600, making her the largest in their fleet. The Royal Princess has many unique features, but the best of them has to be the SeaWalk, and while not as exhilarating as the North Star on the upcoming Quantum of the Seas, it will still be a rush to walk on the glass, and then look down to see the waves crashing about.
Having already looked at a few of the Royal Princess features, we thought we would share with you this Infographic below, which is thanks to the good work of Cruise Web, in conjunction with Princess cruises.
The Royal Princess Infographic is great in the way that it gets you up close to some of the ships main features, and explains them in a simple way. Not only that, but it will tell you where these features or areas are on the new ship.
Having looked over the Infographic, we’d have to say the best places have to be the Sanctuary, the Lotus Spa and the Enclave, but what are yours?
