Royal Caribbean offered us a closer look to what we believe will be a game changer in cruise ship design, and that is the Quantum of the Seas. Not only did the cruise ship company offer details of many aspects of the new ship, we also got a tour from her Godmother.
The Quantum of the Seas tour with Kristen Chenoweth takes us inside and outside of this new ship, just to give us a taste of what’s to come. The first part of this tour sees Chenoweth talk about North Star, which we discussed a little earlier. However, we do love the idea of skydiving at sea with RipCord, which is just one of the many ways to help keep you entertained.

While watching the video, we cannot help but get excited about Two70, which is a huge meeting place complete with a 270-degree panoramic video screen. Two70 changes throughout the day, with a place to go just to hangout during the day, and a hot entertainment venue in the evening.
While the Quantum of the Seas is not as large as the Oasis class ships, it does have the advantage of having far better technology and a more personal feel, well once it’s completed that is.
When it comes to bookings, you can be sure the first lot of Quantum of the Seas cruises will sell out in a hurry, as holidaymakers rush to see all the new features onboard this amazing new ship. The maiden vogue will be in November 2014
