Royal Caribbean appreciates cruise loyalty

Loyalty is something most businesses and companies strive for on a daily basis, so hearing about how loyal some people are to certain cruise lines doesn’t surprise us, which would also count for a massive amount of business through recommendations.

Royal Caribbean appreciates cruise loyalty and shows this by featuring different stories from cruise passengers. This is evident on their Facebook page, in marketing material and with their “Royal Wow of the Week“. This weekly feature showcases stories from Royal Caribbean cruises.

The latest can be seen in this short post, which highlights the story of Jennifer from Florida and how her whole family is “Loyal to Royal” Caribbean. This is the perfect example of the benefits a cruise line gains from creating loyalty with its customers, which in some cases results in the whole family mainly using the same cruise line.

Jennifer’s family range from ages 5 to 80 and this again reveals how cruising has become a holiday for all ages. The modern cruise ship offers a lot of class for adults to enjoy when dressing their best, and when it comes to activities for children it’s evident that cruise lines are focusing on this area more than anytime before.

Royal Caribbean offer some amazing cruise ships that deliver a great party atmosphere for all the family, which we’ve experienced on a few ships including our quick Independence of the Seas review around the Mediterranean. Disney might have the characters for kids, but RCI bring the fun for all ages.

Take a look at the Wow of the Week story that involved 11 family members on their last cruise, then let us know in the comments how many people you normally cruise with and if you think large groups of friends and family is a good idea when cruising?
