Celebrity Reflection has been on the lips of many cruise goers and especially those that understand the extra mile Celebrity Cruises go for their passengers, which is a truly different service to many of the other cruise lines. One of the most innovative features on the Celebrity Reflection is the suite shower, which allows passengers to stand over the edge of the cruise ship and take a shower. It is worth noting that while you can see out, obviously other people cannot see in.
You’ll find a lot of the Solstice Class features on Celebrity Reflection, although this new cruise ship offers the “most unique shower” in the cruise industry. The all-glass shower can be seen in the photos on this page, and also in the video we embedded below that takes a look at the construction of Celebrity Reflection.
Each Celebrity Reflection suite offers a 194-sq-foot veranda and 1,636-sq-foot in total for the suite. The Reflection suite will also be Celebrity’s first with two bedrooms, which will appeal to families or when privacy is important.
Privacy is important for Reflection suites – Celebrity’s Lisa Lutoff-Perlo made it really clear that privacy had been a top priority when planning the Reflection suite, and considering there are sea views and an overlooking shower it’s a factor that the VP of Hotel Operations wanted to make clear. You can see what she said in the quote below, which explains how some cool technology is used to keep guests showering in privacy.
Are you planning on taking a cruise onboard the Celebrity Reflection? The latest Celebrity cruise ship starts her opening 9-night voyage on October 9, 2012 from Amsterdam to Barcelona. The Reflection will later travel across the Atlantic on November 18. See the video below for a visual insight into the Celebrity Reflection.
