Followers of British TV hit programme Strictly Come Dancing, will be pleased to learn that part way through P&O’s ‘Oriana’ 12 night Canary Islands cruise starting in May, will be the appearance of Australian-British dancer, choreographer, theatre director and judge Craig Revel Horwood. Dusting off his dancing shoes, Horwood will be joining dancers from the show including Ian Waite, Kristina Rihanoff, Robin Windsor, Katya Virshilas, Pasha Kovaleve and Natalie Lowe during the summer months.
With the Oriana cruise X206 departing from Southhampton on May 28th for 12 nights around the Canary Islands, as well as appearing onboard the 14 night Fjords cruise from July 14th, dancers will perform moves to the rumba, foxtrot, jive and quickstep. Fans of the show will also get to see some of the costumes worn by the professional dancers and celebrity partners from the 2011 show.
The P&O Oriana X206 cruise will travel to ports as pocruises.com reported including, Ponta Delgada, Horta, Madeira, Gran Canaria, Lisbon and Vigo for a price of £1,459 per person.
For Oriana’s X212 14 night Fjords cruise departing and again returning to Southampton, this will cost £1,599 per person and will be calling to ports Stavanger, Alesund, Trondheim, Trondheimsfjord, Ny Alesund, Tromson, Bergen, Eidfjord and Hardangerfjord.
Relaxing onboard the mid-sized Oriana, passengers will benefit from an impressive atrium with a breath-taking Tiffany glass ceiling, a panoramic Crow’s Nest bar along with a Marco Pierre White’s Ocean Grill restaurant. The Oriana is also proud of its other restaurants including an Italian restaurant and Mediterranean styled Al Fresco, along with entertainment thanks to its cinema, theatre, show lounge, nightclub and casino, or perhaps you wish to relax in its Oasis Spa, one of its 3 pools or even salon.
