Maroon 5 welcome Carnival Magic to Texas


Yesterday at the port of Galveston in Texas, Maroon 5 welcomed Carnival Cruise Lines’ newest ship Carnival Magic. Three-time Grammy Award-winning band Maroon 5, performed an hour-long concert on Pier 21 with the ship in the background.

Thousands of Maroon 5 fans turned up to the free ticketed concert and enjoyed a fantastic performance by the boys and with great hits like “Moves Like Jagger,” “She Will Be Loved” and “Makes Me Wonder” we are sure everyone had their dancing shoes on. Today Carnival Magic will sail from Texas on its Caribbean cruise program, which will offer fantastic itineraries to both the Eastern and Western Caribbean.

Carnival Magic launched in May 2011 and can cater for around 3,690 guests and 1,367 crew and staff members. This ship has some great features that include an open-air recreation complex that features the first ropes course and outdoor fitness area at sea, an exciting Waterworks aqua park with a 312-foot-long spiral water slide and Serenity Adult-Only Area, where kids are neither seen nor heard. This great new ship from Carnival Cruise Lines will certainly have something for everyone.
