Norwegian Cruise Line to Depart from Rome

In the summer of 2012 the Norwegian Epic cruise liner is going to add new departures from Rome, this will give the passengers the choice of embarking the ship in Civitavecchia, which is the port for Rome, or Barcelona.

Rome is one of the four ports in the scheduled sailings from Barcelona, and guests who board the ship in Rome will receive the same treatment as those boarding in Barcelona. The only difference will be that the passengers who board the ship in Barcelona will disembark there and the passengers who board in Rome will disembark in Rome.

By having two ports where you can embark and disembark the cruise liner is a great idea for those passengers that find it hard to travel to certain ports. The ship has a number of great features that include a new Svedka ice bar, aqua park and sports complex, two 3-lane bowling alleys and with over 20 different dinning options, there is something for everyone.
